Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Browsing the pose library, building classes, saving them, and teaching from Teach Mode all work without an account and without a network connection. An account is only for syncing your work between devices and for cohort features.
Where are my class plans stored?
On your device. They sync to your account only if you sign in. You can export everything as a JSON file from Settings → Privacy & data → Export all data.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Privacy & data and choose Delete cloud account. This permanently erases your account and everything synced to it, including classes you shared by link. Class plans saved on your device are kept.
If you are signed out, sign in first — deletion needs to know which account to erase. If you are asked to sign in again before deleting, that is a security check for accounts that have been signed in for a while.
How do I delete my data without deleting my account?
Settings → Privacy & data → Delete all local data erases every saved sequence and reusable section from this device. Export first if you want a copy.
Does Yoga Quest use AI?
There is an optional sequencing copilot. By default it runs entirely on your device against the bundled pose catalog. Online AI suggestions are off unless you explicitly turn them on, and the copilot never changes your class until you review and accept its draft.
Voice commands are not responding.
Voice commands are push-to-listen: hold the microphone in Teach Mode rather than tapping it once. They also need microphone and speech-recognition permission — you can grant those in your device settings. Yoga Quest saves no audio, and every control that has a voice command also has a button.
Is a sequence Yoga Quest helps me build safe for my students?
Yoga Quest is educational planning support, not medical advice. No sequence it helps you build is guaranteed safe or individually suitable. As the teacher, you remain responsible for adapting timing, transitions, language, and poses for the people in front of you.
Accessibility
Yoga Quest supports large text, screen readers (VoiceOver and TalkBack), reduced motion, light and dark modes, and responsive layouts on iPhone, iPad, Android, and the web. If something is hard to use with your setup, please tell us — we treat accessibility reports as bugs.
Reporting a problem
When something goes wrong, the most useful report includes:
- What you were doing, and what you expected instead
- Your device and OS version
- The app version, shown at the bottom of Settings
- Whether you were signed in, and whether you were offline
Please do not include student names, health details, or other personal information about third parties in a support email.
